Bandana`s Bar-B-Q in Manchester

Great place to go, service was great. We ate outside. Food was good. Prior to that we tried first 3 other places and they were closed. Very pleased!

My husband and I stopped here for dinner but we left shortly after that without eating because of the wait. Having worked in food service we were very understanding when we walked into a busy restaurant that it would be a minute before somebody would be able to get to us. We were seated right away when we walked into the restaurant but then we watched as our waitress walked past us multiple times without even a single glance or form of acknowledgment. So we decided after waiting 15 minutes without any service or anyone speaking to us to get up and leave the restaurant and try again another time.

Bad Review Alert: one of a few, I see. I placed an order. The order was accepted. The amount was debited from my account (over $55). Yet, I received less than $30 worth of my order. I find out they were out of two things that were requested (the bulk of the meal for some). The bad didn’t stop here. The ribs were tough and hard on the sides, not truly edible. So what we did get—we couldn’t eat. I called to find out why but was told my the Manager that’s not his problem its doordashes problem... so, I filed a complaint. DoorDash didnt accept my order until after you confirmed you could fulfill it— though you did not. I’ll NEVER order from this location again. Very satisfied with the food and service here. It is my first time visiting bandanas and I will come back for the delicious, fresh food and crisp, cold side salad. Loved it and so did my kids.

I have been a regular customer at several of your restaurants. I picked up lunch on Wednesday. I ordered the beef luncheon platter..center cut. Was told you did not use that kind of beef anymore. I went with the brisket. It was the greasiest, terribly fatty and had no taste. Terribly disappointed. This was at the Manchester Bandanas around 3:00pm
